FEO to launch Hillhaven on Jan 20 starting from $1907psf.
Far East Organization with Sekisui House’s joint-venture partner will begin selling Hillhaven in District 23 Hillview on Jan. 20. The development opened its preview for the first time last week. It saw more than 2,000 visitors to its First Preview Weekend on Jan 5 to 7.
Hillhaven is located on a site of 111.945 sq ft at 5 Hillview Rise. The towers have a height of 27 and 28 stories, and are oriented in a north-south direction. The 99-year project will receive its temporary occupant permit by the 3Q2027.
Five types of residences are available: two-bedroom units from 678 to 721 sq ft; two-bedroom-plus-study units of 797 sq ft; three-bedroom units from 947 to 1,141 sq ft; three-bedroom-plus-study units from 958 to 1,195 sq ft; and four-bedroom units from 1,259 to 1,636 sq ft.
In the living room and dining area, select three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes will have ceilings with double-volume.
In a Jan 10 press release, Far East Organization says early-bird prices for the units start from $1,907 psf, with a 678 sq ft, two-bedroom-with-two-bathroom unit starting from $1.37 million.
Hillhaven’s resident will have access to over 30 facilities. This includes a 50m lap pool, pickleball court for residents, an dedicated bikers corner, barbecue pavilions each with a play space and spa pool.
Hillhaven provides a peaceful retreat from the urban bustle, while being strategically located near retail, dining options, schooling, and nature and outdoors recreation opportunities.
Hillview MRT Station can be reached in four minutes. Hillview Community Club, The Rail Mall, West Mall, Hillion Mall, and Junction 10. are other nearby amenities. Bukit Batok Nature Park, Dairy Farm Nature Park or Bukittimah Nature Park are all located within walking distance.
Hillhaven’s educational institutions include CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace and Raffles Girls’ Primary School.
